"Upon 3:00 pm check in, we informed the receptionist that the hotel parking garage was full. She apologized and told us to park elsewhere. We prepaid for our parking and were not given a refund. We booked a room with a King bed and a Single bed. Instead we were given three Single beds. When we addressed this, they told us the hotel was sold out. Upon check out, I submitted a case to Orbitz who reached out to the hotel. The hotel admitted they gave us the wrong room setup but refused to give any refund or assistance. Very disappointing."
