Für Leute mit wenig Ansprüchen und Kaltduscher
Check In Büro ist nicht besetzt, man muss eine Nummer anrufen. Die hat jedoch nicht funktioniert -> dann muss man halt im Büro sitzen wenn man schon telefonisch nicht erreichbar ist.
Es fehlt an Standardausstattung wie Kaffeemaschine, Fön, ausreichend Klopapier (Ich finde man sollte trotz Selbstversorger diese Dinge bereitstellen). Es gibt eine Nespresso-Maschine, wo man Kapseln extra kaufen kann. Bei einem Appartement erwarte ich mir, dass man sich selbst versorgen kann und nicht dass ich für den Kaffee zahlen muss, was ich ja sowieso mache wenn ich meinen eigenen mitnehme. Aber ich möchte nicht gezwungen sein teure Nespresso Plörre vom Vermieter zu kaufen.
Die Betten sind durchgelegen, aber auszuhalten wenn man keine Rückenprobleme hat.
Das Haus ist schon älter, deshalb hört man jeden Schritt wenn man in der Nacht versucht aufs Klo zu schleichen. Aber das ist OK. Es war alles recht sauber. Von daher keine Beschwerden, man zahlt die Reinigung ja auch fürstlich.
Das alles war eigentlich gar nicht soo schlimm und wäre es alles gewesen, auch kein Grund herumzujammern. Aber das Warmwasser hat nicht funktioniert. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go! Auf Nachfrage hieß es "bis heute hat alles funktioniert", die vorigen Gäste hätten nichts gesagt, wir sollen es doch länger laufen lassen. Wir sind erwachsene Leute, auf solche Ideen komme ich selber bevor ich mich beschwere. 3 Tage eiskalt duschen ist alles andere als erholsam. Vorm Urlaub bleibt der fade Beigeschmack der Abzocke
