The Saltaire Cottages are a set of quaint, semi-ocean front properties located at milepost 2.5 in Kitty Hawk, NC. This landmark has been welcoming families to the Outer Banks for over 50 years! We have 1-4 bedroom cottages that each have a kitchen, family room and screened balcony. Our private beach access is directly across the street and a beautiful pool with elevated sun decks is on site. Each unit has heat/air, TV's, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, toaster, pots/pans, dishes and silverware



The Space:

This 2 bed / 2 bath cozy cottage offers all the amenities of a small house in a beautiful and peaceful environment.



The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable and the screened in porch is the most popular feature that our guests enjoy.



This cottage has 3 entrances - one to the main living area / kitchen and 1 to each of the 2 master bedrooms. This allows guests staying in each bedroom access to their room from the outside without having to disturb others in the cottage. The King master bedroom is furthest from the kitchen/family area and can be accessed directly by the external entrance or by passing through the queen master bedroom.



While in the cottage, you can enjoy relaxing in your bedroom, the family room or out on the screened in balcony.



Each of the rooms in the cottage is equipped with a flat screen cable tv.

The Neighborhood:

You can stroll to some great local restaurants or take a short drive to nearby attractions such as H20BX water park, The Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockeys Ridge State Park.



Getting Around:

Parking is always free on site for paid guests.



You can walk or bike to many restaurants and attractions. The beach is directly across the street and you can walk on the beach or walk/bike "The Beach Road" to other restaurants and attractions such as Kitty Hawk Pier.



Uber/Taxi services are available.



Other Things to Note:

A stay at unit 10 will require you to climb 20 stairs.

If cancelled, even within the cancellation window, a processing fee may apply.
