This home will not disappoint with amazing outdoor spaces, wide sun and shade decks and a beautiful interior with upscale decor. Located in the community of Four Seasons in Duck within walking or biking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and all that Duck has to offer!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities includes a huge outdoor space that's completely fenced with private pool with LED colored lighting, hot tub, grassy area perfect for yard games, outside shower with dressing area, outdoor loo, pub height bar with chairs and the gas grill. Inside you'll find a Queen Master Bedroom with large screen TV for gaming and a private bathroom, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles plus TV and a private bathroom and a King Bedroom (2 Singles on King platform bed) with TV that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with the Den that offers a TV. Pool deck access and the laundry area and wet bar with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator.

Mid Level: 3 King Master Bedrooms each with private bathrooms, TV and 2 with deck access. Queen Master Bedroom with TV deck access and private bathroom. Outside you'll find a wide and shaded deck area with 2 hammock swings and a gated stairway to the pool area.

Top Level: Gorgeous open living space with horizon views of the Atlantic Ocean. Great room with TV, desk, bar, reading area deck access. Large kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, double ovens and counter seating for 6, large pantry, half bathroom and the dining room seating 8 with deck access. Additional table and chairs on the poolside top deck plus a covered deck on the east side with benches and cushions/ pillows.

Extras: Private Pool with LED lighting (32 x 16), 7 TVs, Hot Tub, gas grill, high speed internet access, large yard, outside shower, outside loo, double ovens, 2 full size refrigerators, sun and shade decks, linens and towels provided and Four Seasons community pool and tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Duck is our favorite town in OBX and this house in Four Seasons was absolutely perfect for our family of 12 adults and 3 young kids. Walking distance to the town and boardwalk and walking distance to the beach! House is gorgeous and well appointed with all you need. Great for a large group!
