Sea Dunes is just across from 475 ft. of unobstructed, pristine beach that is life guarded and offers 2 private community beach access stairways just across the street. This complex provides their guests with use of the Community Pool (open approximately May 23 to September 26) along with use of the racquetball court, tennis court, whirlpool, universal weight equipment and the clubhouse which also offers WIFI. Ground Level: Garage with washer, dryer, gas grill, shower and interior access to the Mid Level. Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, private bathroom and private balcony, Master Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and full private bathroom. Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, water views from the couch, Double Sleep Sofa, ceiling fan and deck access. Dining room seating 4, half bathroom and kitchen with counter seating for 3. Extras: 3 TVs, DVD player, washer/dryer, high-speed wireless internet, toaster oven, microwave, gas grill, garage, vacuum, ceiling fans, outside shower, community fitness room, community Pool and Hot tub. When I chose the location I was not advised that in Kitty Hawk owners can opt to have linens as an add on expense. This was true for Sea Dunes C-2\. We emailed and asked for the standard amenities; received a list to which bed linens, bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels were standard. The cleaning people did not leave any toilet paper or paper towels, no bath towels, or linens (we happen to bring our own bath towels, 1 paper towel roll, and 3 rolls of toiletpaper). Was told that linens were not supplied and when I asked about the email I received, was told it was a blanket statement. Also the paperwork we received stated that the pool was open until 9:30, but the pool attended insisted 9\. The cleaning people didn't do their due diligence in cleaning or else they would have found a fake finger nail and paper lunch bag on the floor in the second bedroom and they don't vacuum behind bedroom doors or they would have known that the top two door hinges on the master bedroom were broken. ##### Jennifer H.
