Beach Access: Located just a short walk drive from the house. Byrd Street beach access is located south of the home and offers a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive. Head south on Lindbergh Avenue until you reach Byrd Street. Cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked pedestrian cross walk. With its views of the Atlantic Ocean, private elevator, private heated pool, and large fenced yard, this Ocean Breeze offers a perfect blend of luxury, and oceanside charm. \*The driveway to this home is monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.\* No Smoking/Vaping. Dog-Friendly - Up to two dogs allowed for an additional fee. Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October. Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance. Milepost: 1.5 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
