Summary: BookSmart Properties presents: Hawk Haven! Located only half a block from the sandy shores, the beach is practically at your doorstep. This splendid vacation home is designed to cater to your every need, offering a contemporary kitchen, open living spaces, and comfortable sleeping quarters for the ultimate beach getaway. Between the bedrooms, trundle bed in the loft, and murphy bed, this home can sleep up to 10 people! The Space: Ground level: \- Carport \- Outdoor shower \- Play area \- Charcoal grill Main Level: \- Stocked kitchen \- Dining area \- Living area \- 4 bedrooms Loft: \- Trundle bed \- Dedicated work space Guest Access: Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. There is an exterior facing camera used for home security and vendor coordination. \*\*Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23\. The beds and linens were clean. The first impression is that the listing pictures must be a decade old. The house was absolutely filthy. I provided pictures to the PM of dirty walls, dirty bathroom floors with previous renters hair, dirty kitchen drawers and the worst carpet I have ever seen. The couches and carpet smelled strongly of urine and were quite unpleasant. The PM stated that the house had a deep clean a few months before but the dust caked on the walls and black floor vents and filters tell a different story. Nice floor plan, however, house is older and it shows. Stained carpet needs replacing, screens on porch torn and ripped, one of the shades on porch had fallen down.
