The only things I can think of that would make the house better would be to have stairs going from the top patio down to the backyard and having a thermostat on every floor (instead of just the top and bottom floors). However, I would not hesitate for a second with booking the property again. Lastly, the main highlight for me was dealing with the host. The location was great, we loved the pool, hot tub, volleyball area and kids playground. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The only thing I disliked was the cleanliness of the property. I knew going in that you could bring pets (we chose not to) but there was a decent amount of dog hair throughout the house. I would suggest replacing the carpet in the near future as well. But overall it was a very wonderful experience and it did meet all of our needs and wants. ##### Russell M. We had a wonderful time. The house was plenty big with a lot of activities to keep everyone entertained. Easy access to the beach. House was in great shape. Pool and hot tub got used daily. A company even came mid week to give the pool a quick cleaning. Very appreciated!!! The house is not far at all from the cute little downtown Duck area. We ate at the Blue Point (also highly recommended!). Overall, we give King Beech a 5 star, A+ rating! Highly recommended for anyone looking to book a home for a large group of people. ##### Vicki J.
