Upon checking in there was a leak in the bedroom. Pool was not cleaned - and when property manager sent someone over we were not notified. Guy who cleaned the pool was extremely rude. Umbrellas were broken and couldn’t be used. We own a rental in Destin and if our property management team acted this way we would fire them. Bri was nice! Too much money for poor quality. Outlets didn’t work in many rooms. Need new kitchen appliances. Need more than ONE bathroom towel per guest. Cracked kitchen tiles dangerous for guests. When checking out we’re told to “leave unit clean and tidy” - we paid for a cleaning! Would not recommend unless extensive repairs were made to unit. Pool is old ( needs repairs) and too small for number of people the unit holds. ##### Shirley M. The house was a perfect location! Had everything within walking or driving distance. The beach access is just down the street to the crosswalk. Not far at all. Rundown cafe is right next door. We have been there before and we love that restaurant! Beautiful views from the deck as described. The company is extremely responsive and takes great care of your needs! plenary of beach chairs provided!!
