Inside, the home offers inviting spaces for everyone in your group, including a newly renovated kitchen with an oversized coffee/wet bar and mini refrigerator. A rec room/workspace with a mini bar, TV, and desk is the perfect hangout space, with direct access to the gated pool and courtyard. Great week

Enough room for 11 people. Well keep, nice location. Large kitchen and room for all to eat in comfort. Walking distance to beach. One draw back was one road in and out with some traffic during high travel days usually on weekend with people check-in to house. Nice and well keep pool and hot tub.

Great first experience renting in OBX!

This was our first time vacationing in OBX so we were a little nervous about this whole experience but let me tell you it was amazing! The photos do not do this house justice. It is even nicer in person! The house itself was very clean which was nice. We did not have to waste time cleaning anything when we arrived. The walk to the beach is very manageable even for someone like myself who has back problems. Half way through the week a very nice gentleman showed up and cleaned the pool and Jacuzzi for us which we thought was great. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home!

More Flop than Flip

The good: great location, spacious home, plenty of parking. The bad: Broken outdoor furniture, broken non usable grill, fire alarms malfunctioning randomly going off and broken promises from management/maintenance to fix the items. They did keep one promise, they sent someone over to spray the home from the massive amounts of spider webs and bugs all over the property and the contractor did a great job getting it back in shape.

Great house with a pool near the beach in Outer Banks

This large house is a great property for a couple of families looking for a vacation home close to Duck and all that has to offer and a short walk to the beach. The house could have been cleaner on our arrival and certain parts such as the information folder and pool area need updating but overall a great house and we had a fantastic week.

Family friendly home

The overall cleanliness of the property was a discouragement. Spending a day cleaning was not what we had hoped for. The ceiling on the lower level leaked during the rain. Buckets were needed to keep the floor safe. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us. Being with our children and grandchildren made it a wonderful outer banks experience In spite of those issues.
