If an unauthorized pet is present, you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund and will be charged a $250 deep cleaning fee to remove allergens. ● No events, parties, or loud music are permitted in the home. Please note, the city's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. ● This home is two levels with all rooms on the second level, except the 1st-floor bonus bedroom, which is accessed through the garage. ● This home is located on the fairway of the popular Seascape Golf Course. The property host is not liable for any damage or injury caused by errant golf balls. Enjoy the serene views, but exercise caution when spending time outdoors. ● Pool is private to the home with no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. ● Pool maintenance and lawn service are completed regularly at the property, but not on a specific day of the week. They may arrive during your stay but will do their best not to disturb you. ● This home is surrounded by beautiful trees. Therefore, the trees will shed leaves into the pool. The pool is cleaned and maintained weekly, but leaves will still be found in the pool. A skimmer net is available to remove between formal cleanings. ● This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee. ● If you are under the age of 25, have no reviews on your profile or if your rating is below 5 stars, we may decline your booking request, cancel your reservation, and/or require a signed rental agreement ● Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We expected it to be a bit larger. One of the bedrooms that houses two beds was located outside of the house and you had to exit the house in order to access. The decor was a little shabby, the outdoor furniture was older, dingy and some of the pillows were ripped. Also had holes in the screen porch. The host was really responsive and very nice in acknowledging some of our concerns in this area. We cleaned the house a little more when we got there as there were some areas that weren't cleaned, lots of dust, however, overall we had a great time. The outdoor pool was amazing and we got in the pool daily. The house was equipped very well with all of the things needed to cool. Beach towels, chairs and floats for the pool were also included. House was well stocked with the things needed for a beach vacation. Overall the experience was nice, would just recommend some upgrades in some of the outdoor furniture cushions and repair of the screen porch and a little extra tlc. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jody M. 3 août 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Family Vacation We have 7 adults and three children. The house was perfect for us. Nice and clean with all the bedding and towels included. Everything we needed for the pool and beach. Has a nice large pool. Nice backyard with fire pit. Nice quiet neighborhood near the golf course. The beach is right down the road and close to stores and restaurants. Great communication between us and the host from the time I reserved the house until the day we left. The house is well equipped, especially for cooking, entertainment and relaxation. Plenty of equipment to borrow, should you wish to go to the beach. Golf course runs across the backyard.
