“Sandy Cheeks” offers the best of both worlds, nestled amid beautiful, live oak trees on a private cul-de-sac, less than a 350 yard walk to the beach and close to local attractions and shopping. With five large bedrooms, a sun room/game room with a queen sleeper sofa, a private salt water pool with Tiki bar, hot tub and over 2,000 square feet of decking with plenty of seating, this home has it all and is ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Outer Banks. Take advantage of the Gigabyte internet speed for “working from home”, gaming or streaming videos after a day at the beach. Bedrooms are newly refreshed with smart TVs and clean fresh decor. Kitchen is recently updated with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.  
  
Experience panoramic ocean views and immerse yourself in the magical summer sky from the rooftop deck or relax in the hammock and watch the deer, rabbits, birds and other wildlife that visit this private .55 acre lot.
