"I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! Fall asleep sleep to a running river, and waking up to it was so soothing. The staff was friendly and helpful, overall i had a fantastic stay and would book again. "

"Clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice we had the beach/ocean view which was breath taking. Hospitality was a+ . The hot spring indoor was super hot and they had vending machines near by which had ice cream. Property was right near the beach and it was quiet, truly an amazing experience. "It was amazing. My toddler, friend and I enjoyed the experience. Our building was so beautiful. My friend and I enjoyed the onsens so much. My toddler loved feeding the koi. The futons were pretty comfortable. We used the onsens so many times. My friend liked the outdoor one since it isn't as hot as inside but i didn't mind. I tried the public bath at night and there were spiders in the room. They were big. It was nice to use too but better if there weren't spiders but it makes sense why they were there. Food was inconvenient since they didnt have any meals except breakfast which needed a reservation since we came on the off season. I feel like the food would be amazing. There wasnt a lot of food super close and some places closed early but thats only negative oh and at night it isn't too bright walking back to the ryokan. "
