« The property needs a lot of work. Our sheets kept coming off the bed and they were on inside out. Not quite sure they fit the bed. The lights by the sink and mirror were not very bright. The tub drain was broken and looked gross. The sink drain looked gross and the number on the outside of our door kept falling off. I know they have only owned the property 6 months so I hope they are still trying to fix the place up. The lobby looked clean and new though. The staff was very friendly »

« The parking lot is really torn up upon arrival. Lobby was clean and staff was fairly friendly upon checking in. Pool area was fun for the kids with toys and floaties available for them to use. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool area, so it was slightly in convenient having to hunt them down (after being told they should be in the cabinet in the pool area). The worst part was our room smelled like dirty, wet dog! It smelled so bad and hit you in the face every time we came back to the room....

« Best location of you need to be at Grand park. Beautiful and very well maintained. Lovely lobby area. Only challenge is the "modern" style shower which is open concept (essentially open door area) which we expect is the rationale for low water pressure. »

« The late-night person who checked us in was rude and took a while to check us in (after we called on our way to let them know we would be late). The room was very damp and smelled horrible when we entered. The towels, sheets, and comforter were stained. The Wi-fi didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived. Good location. Daytime and early evening staff were nice and helpful. »

« The pool is shut down permemantly now, and the ice machine on the 4th floor is broken. Wouldn't recommend staying while they have parties with people not staying in the hotel. But the beds were very clean & no bugs. The young lady at the desk on Saturday was very helpful when I left my energy drink in the room after we left. »

« BEWARE. Do not recommend. Upon entering the hotel it was very chemical smelling. Had to wait forever to get checked in. Lady seemed disshelved. Strangest check in I’ve experienced. Hallways smelled of smoke and marijuana despite being a smoke free facility. Room was not very clean. Toilet dirty. Debris on floor. Stains on sheets. Hair in the bed. Outdated. After 12 hours in the car I tried to look past it and just rest so we could continue the drive the next morning… that was until I saw signs...

« Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We reserved eight rooms for our group, and every room had strong odors of mold, smoke, and what smelled like rotting fruit. The property appeared to have many long-term residents, with people coming and going at all hours. We observed several suspicious exchanges in the parking lot involving individuals arriving in vehicles and receiving packages. The overall atmosphere made many members of our group uncomfortable. « The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments »
