I or my son Delquan didn’t get to go. I tried to call Expedia to cancel to no avail and then I tried to cancel by the chat but they couldn’t locate my account or the reservation. This was terrible service.

I love Terra nova. This is my 3rd time here for sure. Wish it was an all inclusive spot 😊 but it’s definitely nice. The lady that check us in was very welcoming and professional, The older guy that took our bags and put in our room was great and the other older guy that took care of us during breakfast was an amazing gentleman. Breakfast is always great there trust me. The gym was nice for a short stay. Cocktail Fridays was great last night me n my partner enjoyed it. The bartenders were great. Overall the stay was awesome. I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend there.

The property appeared very outdated and understaffed. Pool had leaves in it and was not fit for swimming. Pool area was a joke. Not kid friendly. Property needs to be updated. Room was clean but dated. Not on the same level as the Spanish Court. The breakfast was OK.

I did not stay. I was dissatisfied and had to leave. The first room smelled like mold, which was collaborated by the staff. They offered a second room that was dirty, the third room had bedding that was not changed. How would you like to see bedding in your hotel room with dried-up sperms on the sheet. It was disgusting.
