Welcome to Packsaddle Point Luxury Lake House, your ultimate retreat for relaxation and adventure on Lake LBJ in Kingsland! This stunning property boasts a spacious main house with a pool/hot tub, a charming bunkhouse/guest house, 3 living spaces to hang out with family and friends, and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.

Nestled among the trees, this serene oasis offers plenty of outdoor living spaces, 3 indoor living spaces, a bunkhouse, and a pool and hot tub.

Lake Getaway

The property was nice. The bed in the master bedroom is too high off the floor. Not a good fit for young or older people to get in and out of. I think the property info said property had a rope swing - didn't see one. Boat lift was very slow and very loud.

Great Place! Location to Water Fun! Great Staff!

We highly recommend this property! The main house accommodated two adult couples and two kids. The casita was perfect setup for young teenagers. House was clean and very comfortable. No issue with the check-in. We did have an issue with the casita lock code but the property manage responded and synced the code within minutes. The boat dock was just what we needed. This was a total WIN! The addition of the pool and hot tub was an added bonus. I'm probably forgetting other positives. We'll definitely make another visit to this property. I did have to reach out to inform the staff of a burnt out bulb and we couldn't figure out the TV in the casita. We went out the lake and the staff addressed same day within hours. Very happy with that. The only negative would be the bed height on the side facing the lake. I'm 5'9" and I had to jump slightly to get in bed. Not a huge deal, we really enjoyed everything else. Just worth saying.

This place was gorgeous and everything felt fresh, new, and clean. The views are incredible and the pool was perfect. We had the best time grilling out and relaxing in the rocking chairs on the deck. The ADU with all the bunks is also so great. We chatted with our host a couple times and she responded right away and was so helpful with her prep docs for both checkin and checkout. We really want to come back in the Spring!

Beautiful and spacious home

We really enjoyed our stay l. The home was perfect for our large family. The bunkhouse was a cherry on top. The kids loved swimming and fishing and we were able to use our pontoon with ease at the dock. Beautiful backyard with breathtaking views of the water. Loved this home.

Excellent - Love this property

We love this home and location! It is the perfect balance of tranquility and fun on the water. We are repeat renters of this home and would love to come back every year!! The pool and hot tub were a very nice addition this year and the house is exquisitely appointed with beautiful decor and furnishings. I think this was just an oversight and we managed to get to a store, but I wanted to mention to the property management that the home had no extra toilet paper other than what was left on the existing rolls in each bathroom. I would also recommend adding a couple more dish towels in the kitchen for drying items we hand washed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We loved our stay, again!!! :)
