Charming Tiny Home on Lake LBJ! This is a great place to spend some time enjoying Lake LBJ with your family! This home is perfect for a couple or young family. The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 people.  
  
You will have access to the entire home, as well as access to the many family friendly amenities at Rio Vista Resort. Some of these include a swimming pool (open March until the end of October), hot tub, boat ramp, boat dock, mini golf, rec room with a pool table in it, and more.  
  
There is Rio Vista Resort office staff available at all times. The office phone number is (325) 388-6331.

#### So cute and amazing!

Everything listed was very accurate. The tiny house was perfect and had everything someone could want as a rental for traveling in Kingsland! Everything was super clean, and easy to find given the map that was provided. In the future when I come back to Kingsland, and if available, I will absolutely come back to the resort!

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. There were a few things that could have been better (the hot tub being hotter) but all in all I got what was advertised at a price I was comfortable in. I would go back next time I need to visit this little town.

#### Wanted It To Be Better

This property was relatively clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area but it would have been helpful if this property had a list of restaurants and things to do. From what we could see the lake access was good. We also found the mobile home park to be quiet with things to entertain the kids. The downside of this tiny home was that things were in disrepair. The carpet on the stairs was very dirty, the garbage cupboard door was broken and the couch was old and somewhat broken down. There is also no outside porch or deck to enjoy.

#### Mother daughter birthday roadtrip

This tiny home tiny home was more than adequate for our needs during our stay. We were less than 15 minutes from Inks Lake State Park which was our daily destination for picnics and hiking. We were also winery 'hopping' so enjoyed the ones nearby. We really want to come back to this area again. So much to do within an hour's drive in any direction. The main thing we booked this for though was the nearby hot tub, but no lights at night. I cleaned it out myself, but with Covid going around and not knowing if it was being maintained and really no instructions for using, we were not able to use it. I would make sure to figure that out with the office during the day because after hours we didn't get response from them regarding other matters including TVs with non-working remotes. The internet was barely adequate at times, but we were able to watch Netflix on our phone.
