Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the house, yard and boat dock. Pool is shared with Azure Relaxin'1 (next door) The Neighborhood: This home is located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland Texas. Getting Around: House is just minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants. Or prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! Lighthouse golf course is also located nearby. Other Things to Note: Security camera located on the dock and driveway. We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if need be. Dogs are allowed at this property. We do require a $100 non-refundable pet fee, a signed pet agreement, and a copy of the current vaccination records. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee. It is super clean and the back room can sleep a bunch of kids. We had an issue with the hot tub but the owners were on it and got it taken care of. It had lots of games, great place for kids to swim in the lake. Great yard that was fenced off for kids or pets. We went fishing, kayaking, and swimming. At night we played a lot of Uno. It was great having 2 king beds for the adults and a bunk room for the kids. My very tall husband had issues showering in the hall shower but the one in the bunk room had a higher ceiling which worked much better. Easy access to a community boat ramp to get in the water.
