We would have liked to sit on the little porch but it hadnt been cleaned recently and was covered in pollen. Thin walls so speak quietly as the neigjbors will hear you!Excellent location!!! "

"Overall pretty clean. Completely acceptable. There were some problem areas with caked on detergent in the washing machine, damp and stains under the sinks, dead bugs on the ceiling, but these I consider minor."

"Nice house and great landlord. It would be a 5 but the shower water pressure is extremely low and the area is loud with a major road nearby and an adjoining tenant making a lot of noise late at night. Landlord’s communication was excellent. "
