Read below for more details. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Perfectly new, a mile from the lake, this tri-level Kingswood Village townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of North Shore Lake Tahoe — also a quick mile from downtown Kings Beach, and less than a 10-minute drive to Northstar. In the summertime, enjoy golf, hiking, biking, and tennis, plus the amazing sandy beaches of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Or hang out at the newly remodeled pool with sauna on property. In the winter, world-class downhill and cross-country skiing, plus snowmobiling are minutes away from your home-away-from-home condo. After a day on the slopes return to a warm, cozy fireplace. Relax a bit at home then walk or take a quick cab ride to the casinos at Crystal Bay. Plus there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to explore in nearby Tahoe City, Truckee and Incline Village. Or, if you prefer to stay in, a full and well-appointed gourmet kitchen is yours, complete with gas bbq on one of the two covered decks. It’s all the comforts of home, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Wi-Fi is strong and complimentary throughout. The entry level includes two bedrooms. The first, a spacious room with a king bed and access to a covered deck. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The bathroom has double-vanity and tub/shower. A full-size washer and dryer are in the laundry closet. The main level includes a cozy third bedroom complete with queen-sized bed. There’s also a living-room, dining area, bathroom with shower, and modern kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a bar area that opens up to the living room where you can watch cable and stream movies on the large flat-screen TV. The large fireplace warms the space and has a gas starter so making a fire is easy. A natural gas bbq on the second covered deck is just off the living room along with outdoor seating. Upstairs, the loft overlooks the main living area and includes a second flat-screen TV with DVD player, and has a couch that pulls out to a bed for additional sleeping accommodations. This warm and delightfully updated condo will make your getaway perfect from start to finish, from summer to winter, and everything in between. We were two small families with one child each, so the number of bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2) worked well for us. There’s a cute lofted space on the top floor with board games and video games, which the kids loved to hang out in.Very clean with comfortable beds, tons of closet space and renovated throughout. The best part about it, though, was how well stocked it is. We have often gotten to vacation rentals and found the cupboards bare, or nearly so, and that's not a fun way to start a vacation. It was the opposite at this house. There was plenty of all the basics we would need -- for cooking (basic spices, oils, etc. plus lots of nice extras), toilet paper, laundry, shampoo -- everything. The only "ding" to the place is the view, which is of some beautiful trees ... and other apartments. That didn't get in our way of enjoying a great week in a beautiful place. ##### Michael G. It was exactly as described and very comfortable and more spacious than it seemed in the pictures. The hosts were also very helpful with additional questions. Very easy booking and check-in and we really appreciate the extra little amenities stashed around the condo, as it was well stocked with supplies. It was comfortable and clean feeling. I only wished the deck and outside furniture was brushed off a bit from the pollen and dust, but it's understandable given the location amidst the pine trees/forest area. The interior has a “Tahoe-cabin” feel while also being modern & beautifully decorated. The owners have so added so many things to make their guests comfortable, from lots of cozy blankets in the living room to night lights in the bathrooms & automatic lights on the stairs, to everything you could need in the kitchen and tons of games for kids and teens. There were lots of extra towels and “if needed” supplies in the closet. They thought of everything! They were super responsive when I reached out. The location was perfect- just a quick drive to Northstar. We would happily book this place again! ##### Kim P. Plenty of room for all, Plus 2nd tv room. Kitchen is very well appointed, and the electric grill was a hit with the grill master. We enjoyed the fireplace as well.
