"The room was ok, AC didn’t work that well, cleaning staff stayed slamming doors for hours every single day while they were cleaning rather than just propping them open. Got a surprise charge at the end of my stay and I can’t call the front desk because their number doesn’t work. Will never return."

"Parking was ok for exception of large pick up trucks near. Ther bath tub need replacing. No water was provided for coffee. need to relace clothes hanger area. The interior was too small for double beds. They don't furnish breakfast. I had to bam and bam on the door to check in, buz and buzz on the button. Someone finally came bare feet as if he was sleep. Then, he had to go get someone to check me in. There was no telephone in room. I could not adjust the television volume. I just muted because it was so loud. oh yes it was cool."

"I’ve always enjoyed coming back home for major holidays. I love to stay at the chalet’s but however, the mattresses on the beds are horrible. They’re very hard. They’re uncomfortable upon arriving getting ready to take my shower. I didn’t have any hot water so I had to call maintenance to come in like the hot water heater. I think it can be a little cleaned especially sanitize more due to a lot of Cleaner and things are still going around,etc as of viruses and germs. "

"Breakfast was simple and fresh. Parking was great, was ables to park in front of out room window and door access was convenient. Staff was friendly and polite. We will be staying there again. "
