From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart; they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was another standout feature. The variety and quality of the offerings were exceptional, with something for everyone, from fresh pastries to hearty options. It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt. Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. "Hotel is okay. Rooms of a decent size and short walk to T2 at the airport. A/C however is awful, even on strongest mode it failed to cool the room down after a moderately warm day. Room was still 24C at midnight after being on for 3 hours. Pillows were very thin too so felt like your head was on the duvet. "

"Clean room, old thought. Bathrooms need a refurb. Bfast was very ordinary. Better off eating at the railway station. About the only thing it had going for it, is it proximity to the central station. You get what you pay for"

"It is a very good option if you are in Frankfurt for a short trip. It is across from the central station, clean and comfortable rooms, courteous and efficient staff. They offer breakfast and a full bar (although I did not use either)."
