"Home2 Suites is my "go to" place when I am in Martinsburg. My only complaint is the lack of receiving a receipt. Due to using Hotels.com, the hotel could not give me a receipt and Hotels.com would not give me a printable receipt. Because of this I cannot be reimbursed. This does not make me a happy customer."

"Immaculate! My daughter and I got in late after a long drive and checkin in was quick and efficient, wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and updated and clean. Breakfast had many options and a nice dining area. Checkout was also quick and simple."

"On first glance it seems like it is going to be old and in disrepair. It has been very well maintained and it was very clean. The bedding was impressive for the cost. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was decent and better than a Marriott I stayed at the bought before. "

"Clean room. Very quiet. Conveniently located near two major roads so it was easy to find. The motel is located in the parking lot of a shopping mall with multiple restaurants also located in the parking lot, which gave us a wide selection of dinner offerings and shopping. The staff were very helpful when we had questions or needed something. Breakfast had multiple offering that satisfied everyone from our 8 year old to our 75 year old - cereals, eggs, sausage, breads, juice, etc. "
