« Heureusement que le jardinier était présent au moment de notre arrivée pour trouver la boîte à clés et nous dire que le portail ne fonctionnait pas. Propreté laissant à désirer. Pas de chauffage. Chasse d'eau compliquée. Une seule douche utilisable. Contrairement à ce que laissent espérer les photos, c'est une vieille maison . Par contre, le parc est magnifique. »

« I arrived early, standing outside in the rain. Owner was able to let me in early after 45 minutes in the rain. On the 2nd morning after I started my shower the water stopped. I had to dry off and leave without a shower. Also a leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. No reduction in fee offered. Wish I had stayed elsewherey »

"Suite à un bug lors de la réservation sur l’application hotel.com, notre réservation s’est enregistrée en janvier au lieu de juillet. Hotel.com nous indique avoir essayé de modifier la réservation auprès de l’hôtel, sans succés. Nous avons contacté l’hôtel qui n’a pas souhaité/pu modifier notre réservation, même avec un supplément et alors même que la chambre est disponible à nos dates. Nous avons donc payé une nuit dans un hôtel sans pouvoir y aller. Nous mettons donc cet avis sur le caractère peu commercial des interlocuteurs que nous avons eus (aussi bien chez hotel.com qu’à l’hôtel). Nous déconseillons donc cet hôtel à moins de ne pas avoir besoin de modifier votre séjour. Nous ne recommandons bien évidemment pas non plus l’application hotel.com qui manque de fiabilité et de service après-vente. Cette réservation était notre dernière sur cette application."

"En déplacement professionnel avec Eagle Rocket, j'ai séjourné au River Lee Hotel et l'expérience a été impeccable. C’est l’adresse parfaite pour allier productivité et confort. Pourquoi je le recommande (surtout en business) : Environnement de travail : Les chambres sont calmes, spacieuses et baignées de lumière naturelle grâce aux grandes baies vitrées. Le Wi-Fi est excellent. Networking & Détente : Le River Club est un endroit génial pour un rendez-vous d'affaires ou pour décompresser après une journée intense. L'ambiance y est vibrante. Logistique : L'emplacement est central, ce qui facilite énormément les trajets. L'avis de l'expert : Chez Eagle Rocket, nous sélectionnons des environnements qui boostent la performance, et le River Lee Hotel coche toutes les cases. C’est une base stratégique pour quiconque veut réussir sa mission à Cork dans les meilleures conditions. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil !"
