Wailea Elua #2110 is a beautifully remodeled two bedroom two bath unit that can sleep 5\. Situated at the top of the complex this unit affords you a great ocean view. A short walk down through the complex and you are at the ocean's edge. There is a King in the master bedroom, and 2 double beds in bedroom 2\. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a portable ice maker, washer and dryer, central AC throughout, Cable, dvd, and high speed internet service. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. The views from Wailea Elua #2110 are spectacular. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. \*\*This Is A Non-Smoking Unit\*\* Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Would have easily accommodated four and as many as six. Very well equipped in great condition and feels like a home away from home. Comfortable beds, beautiful updated stone bathrooms, cozy living room with nice lanai high top for dining in addition to the dining room. Most importantly the location is brilliant between Grand Wailea and Andaz, two of the most prestigious resorts. And yet this property is quite uncrowded and elegant with its own little Ulua Brach right in front. Grounds are green and lush and well maintained. Gate is easy and friendly. We saw a turtle snorkeling at Ulua there first day! Easy to hang out at the beach and even drive down with chairs and your stuff so you don’t have to carry it very far. Nice people not touristy like the resorts.There is also a little hidden gem in about ten chaise lounges right on the cliff with a key code for Elua so it was open to watch sunset right on the water every night, just south of the beach.Very happy with our choice. Thank you to the lucky owners for sharing their little bit of paradise with our family. Would stay again without hesitation. ##### Lisa P. I did read the reviews about rats and we did accidentally discover the rat traps but they were set and no issues. One thing to note is that the listing says there's two queen beds in the guest room but in fact they are full sized. Not a big issue when only kids sleep in them but the listing is not accurate. The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed! Including plenty of garbage bags, dish soap, etc. We really appreciated that when we cooked in. I will absolutely try and book this condo again next time I'm in town! ##### Matt W. The lanai is spectacular- large with expansive views of the pacific. Getting to the beach is a bit of a downhill trek, which isn’t bad until returning. However it’s the higher elevation that provides the amazing views. Beds are comfortable and the unit is really well stocked - lots of spices and necessities if you’re planning to eat in. And the closet on the lanai has all you need for the beach - chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. ##### Tina A. It was close to the beach, the condo was spacious with all the conveniences. The view from the balcony was lovely. The management company was responsive to all outreaches and available at all hours and the guards at the entry were extremely helpful. We only had a few nits that I wanted to note so that the location could be perfect once they are addressed 1) The code reset after check-in so we were locked out unexpectedly after check-in. A little awkward since we didnt have anything with us 2) the apt had a few cockroaches (i understand that is a problem in Hawaii but would have expected that the cleaners would have checked for this and installed traps 3) the property listing was a bit misleading since the pictures showed a property right on the beach but in reality we got an apartment next to the main road. The view was great but it was not really on the beach as marketed on VRBO. I suspect that the management company uses the same pictures for all apartments it rents. But it would be good to be informed as to which exact apartment one is booking prior to committing. 4) the power went off for 5 hours the first night, making it pretty uncomfortable. I would have expected a generator and/or some lights/candles or arrangements to address such eventualities. 5) The bathroom fan was hardwired on and created an unpleasant amplified loud buzzing sound in the bedroom making it impossible to sleep for the first 3 days. Finally, we called the manager and found the circuit breaker to turn it off. A kludgey solution at best and a little late. In short, for the price of the place, the size and location value was great but the nits/discomforts/inaccuracies in the actual place should have been resolved faster. ##### Gitanjali S. Is well equipped, and clean. Ocean breezes allow doors open most of the time. The complex is beautiful, well maintained, and has a great pool complex. It fronts Elua beach and has a fabulous cabana area oceanside. The only down sides are the road behind the condo although well screened, and the long down hill walk to the beach and pool.
