Extensively remodeled in 2015 with name brand appliances and new furniture this property features gorgeous native Hawaiian Koa wood vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, a dramatic open plan living room with spiral staircase, and lush palm trees shading your own private lanai. We know that you have earned your time off and you deserve to spend it free of any hassle. With this in mind we have created the ideal Hawaiian experience that is the perfect blend of simplicity, comfort, and privacy. There are just over fifty units spread over five acres of lush well-maintained grounds at the Koa Resort. While wandering through the paths it may become easy to forget that it is just a two minute walk from your front door to breathtaking sunsets on the sands of Waipuilani and Kalepolepo beaches and a short stroll down the road to fine dining and shopping. Here you can shut out the stress of the world without withdrawing from the conveniences of it. An in unit large capacity washer/dryer means that as soon as you walk in the door you can ditch your traveling clothes and start to relax. Everything we needed was provided, and the accommodations were so comfortable. It was spacious and clean, and we had a wonderful time in the huge pool. We were so close to everything, it was the perfect location. We would definitely stay there again. ##### Linda H. Séjour de 9 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Eva W. 18 mars 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Great location and stay My spouse and I traveled with our two children (5 & 8) to Maui in February 2024\. This condo is in a great location, and was very clean. The AC worked really well. Our kids slept in the upstairs twin beds loft and they enjoyed having a TV available. We had two super minor things come up during our stay, but the property manager was very prompt with his reply and sent his handyman to fix the issues the next morning, which was fantastic. The few minor inconveniences we faced was that the pool was really cold, the ice and water machine in the fridge weren't working, the igloo cooler handle was broken and unusable and the downstairs neighbor (full-time resident) came upstairs to ask us to walk quieter. I apologized and assured the neighbor we'd be quieter. It made us super aware of his presence during our entire stay, which wasn't very pleasant. We had a lot of leftover food and drinks, which we shared with the grounds crew and some nearby neighbors that checked in the day before we left, and were very appreciated. All in all, a great stay in a great location, with a very responsive and prompt property manager. ##### Eva W. If I were to nitpick, the carpet could be replaced and the main floor bathroom lighting was very dark, but overall we really enjoyed this place. The kids loved having their own beds and having tvs in all the rooms was awesome. AC worked great! We’d stay here again for sure. ##### Larissa P. The condo was well supplied and convenient to both the pool and the beach. The property manager, Jude, was very responsive and helpful. We had such a relaxing week. Not a care in the world. The condo is just beautiful and very clean and comfortable. While we missed hearing the ocean waves we did enjoy hearing the birds and a short walk to the beach.
