Family of 4 with 2 adult daughters
Unit was very clean and in a quiet area. Host was quick to respond when we had a minor issue. Unit was well-equipped which allowed us to save on purchases of basic items like paper products, detergents, and kitchen spices. Host also provided beach chairs,etc.

Great place to stay!
The complex was very quiet. Centrally located to see everything we wanted to see. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, even 2 different size coolers, which was perfect for beach days. It was great for the two of us and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great and affordable
This location was perfect for our stay in Maui! It was a short walk to a small beach and then also short drive to perfect beaches to the south. The pool was nice and refreshing and hot tub was nice to soak in in the evenings. Inside the condo was very organized, we appreciated having beach chairs and boogie boards to bring with us to the beach! The view out the back of the condo has nice trees and flowers bushes to look at but be aware it does look out to the middle of the condo property where other tenants pass by, didn’t affect us negatively just something to notice. We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings for coffee and saw lots of cute tiny lizards. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Anniversary vacation
My wife and I chose to rent this unit for our 15th wedding anniversary and it was one of the best decisions we made. The place was immaculately clean. it had also been recently remodeled just like it had had been advertised we could not have been more happy with the unit.

Great area and very accessible to everything
The buildings in the area are all 70s era condos. We felt like we were in Florida. The condo was very clean and had been renovated. Everything worked well however the air conditioning units were not part of the Reno as they were older window units. Maybe it was just us but we could not get them cold enough. The area is popular for many beaches and restaurants. The big box stores are by the airport 15 min. away. The key code was my phone number which was easy to remember and worked no problem. We only used the pool once however very clean and well maintained. Overall a great place to stay. Beach chairs and umbrella provided were a bonus as well as the cooler for our use.

Nice condo in great location
Overall our stay was very nice! the place was spacious, close to the beach and a short drive to many attractions and restaurants. Being able to cook and enjoy our breakfast at the lanai was wonderful. Emily was very pleasant to communicate with. Would stay there again! There was a little hiccup when we checked in as the place was not cleaned since the last group checked out, but Emily was very fast to respond and dealt with the situation in an hour or two so we appreciated that. One small thing to note is the bedroom is by the driveway/parking lot so we could hear some car noises at times, but that didn’t affect our experience too much and we had a great time!

This is a great location. The back patio is a wonderful place to relax, as the landscaping makes it feel very secluded. The property owners are great and very respectful. We would stay again if we come back to this island.

Beautiful Property, Well equipped
We really enjoyed our 8 day stay at this property. It is well equipped, spacious and in a great location close to the beaches. The kitchen is well equipped and there are beach chairs, and other beach equipment to use. The property manager was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Paradise in paradise
Absolute perfect place for our time in maui. Location was nice and away from traffic... close to the beach and the location itself is lush with gardens outiside the balcony. Everything's provided for water activities and having things all updated was a huge plus. This place is a no brainer no matter how long you're staying

Awesome spot in Kihei with all amenities
This spot is situated conveniently right across the road from the beach. Very close to stores and shops just a few minutes drive down the road and easy access to the highway. The inside is nice and cozy with a comfortable king sized bed. There’s free parking and a designated parking space for tenants. And an area for washing your car. They even left us a cart to haul all of our items to and from our car 😁😁😁. I highly recommend and will probably return one day. Mahalo

Great place!
This was a perfect spot to stay for a few days while I was on vacation. It was very clean and perfect for 1-2 people. The ocean is just across the street and can easily walk there to see the turtles in the morning.

The condo was perfect sized for 2 and in a fantastic location for getting to all of the tourist destinations. The resort is nice and quiet for being on a main road. Walking to the beach is 5 minutes, and we saw Hawaiian Green Turtles every day in The Kings Fish Pond. Emily is a great host!

We loved our stay here. It was plenty of space for my wife and I with all the needed amenities and a good, clean bed. Emily was quick and easy to communicate with. All of the extra gear like beach chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards saved us some money. The pool and hot tub were nice and easily accessible.

Cozy and Clean Home Base
The unit was clean, the bed was comfy and it was equipped with basic amenities as well as some extra beach stuff (ie.chairs, body boards) which was a really nice to have. The patio was nicely shaded and a great little oasis for morning coffee while listening to the many tropical birds among beautiful trees. The location was a little further from the main beaches and although technically a short drive, seemed a slow drive considering traffic. The bedroom window faces the parking lot so some loud voices could be heard from those coming home late or up exceptionally early for sunrise excursions. The unit could use a ceiling fan in the bedroom though a large fan was provided as back up. It was a solid home base and a more affordable option to the more southerly Kihei properties.

This newly renovated condo was in good shape. Getting a condo in Kihei is probably the best value on the island. Centrally located to drive many places. However, it is not pedestrian friendly.
