Feb 15, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Great condo, fantastic location! This property was great and the onsite manager was helpful as well. The condo was perfect for my family of 4\. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were great beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, etc). The balcony was great with a retractable awning for shade and a great place to watch the sunsets right from our home. Kam III is an easy walk straight across the beach and it’s an easy walk down the street to fantastic restaurants and fun shops… walk all three Kam beaches in the morning and loop back on the street with stops at the Maui Bakery or cinnamon roll place! Parking is very tight but onsite and there was an elevator which was helpful as well.
