Our renovated 4th floor penthouse condo with floor to ceiling window condo comes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main area and owner’s suite both have air conditioners. Mid-day, trade winds bring a cool breeze through the space.

The newly remodeled kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets, granite slab countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware so you have everything you need to prepare a scrumptious meal. Or dine out at one of the many extraordinary nearby restaurants. Watch sunsets from the lanai or walk to Kamaole Beach Park (directly across the street) and be prepared to have your breath taken away!

The family room has an TV/cable and Roku for all your favorite streaming services.

Floor to ceiling windows, and lanai face the West Maui Mountains, one of the two volcanos that make up the island. A 1-2 minute walk will get you Kamaole Beach Park I, voted one of the best beaches of the Kihei & Wailea Region.

The complex has a pool, hot tub, sauna, elevator and 2 parking lots.
