Location is everything and you can't get much closer to the beach than this! Leinaala #101 is a newly-renovated (2022) ground floor oceanfront condo that overlooks the sparkling pool and is only steps from the inviting water of the Pacific Ocean. The convenient ground floor location ensures that you can step right off your lanai and be lounging by the pool or enjoying a good book on the beach in mere moments. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals that can be eaten on your gorgeous lanai. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a SmartTV, and a split A/C unit to keep you cool in the evening. The updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The living room is furnished with a sofa sleeper, and provides a cable TV and a split system air conditioner to cool the room on days when the refreshing tradewinds are inactive. Leinaala #101 supplies beach chairs and beach towels for your outdoor enjoyment! Beachside tennis courts are available for use. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. The only feedback I have is that the shower is a tad cold, specially at night. The location is great as it’s just down the road from great beaches, restaurant, and a public park. The oceanfront factor and access via the first floor is also amazing with a great sunset view. We decided to give Kihei a try. Have to say this property did not disappoint. The location was ideal. The place is just as described. Steps from the beach and the pool is right outside. They have chairs and beach supplies to use. It was clean, quiet and felt safe. Stephen the property manager was very cordial. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend! ##### Tracy A. The condo was very clean, had all the amenities you could ask for such as comfy bed, beach chairs, cooler, ice packs in the freezer, AC, coffee maker, all cooking utensils and a perfect place to watch the sunset every evening. Grounds were kept in perfect shape, Safeway is a 5 min drive, great local restaurants in walking distance and 6 dollar Uber ride to shopping and some awesome pubs. Friendly people at the condo and just a chill atmosphere. We will be trying to book again without hesitation on our next trip to Maui. You can’t go wrong with this place. I can’t even invent one negative thing about the place and worth the cost. The place even had a cribbage board which made for fun quiet evening when winding down on the patio after sunset.
