The extras in this place like a cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and we enjpyed our stay. The only drawback was that the washer/dryer were a bit small and inefficient for a family of five, but we stayed here right in the middle of our vacation when we had the most laundry. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a good location in central Kihei at the north end of Kamaole Beach 1\. Property was a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach (we were in building 3 at the back of the property so took an additional 5 minutes). The unit was spacious enough to comfortably sleep 5-6 adults. Generally clean but downstairs bedroom had sand in the bedsheets when we arrived. Stairs could use some maintenance as nail heads were jutting up on some steps. Beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated but one umbrella was broken and couldn’t be used while the other was missing one of the spines in the umbrella top. Close to stores and restaurants.
