Let me start by saying BOOK THIS CONDO! I assure you that you will not be disappointed. My husband and I took my sons ages 17, 17, and 16\. This house is right on a canal which they absolutely loved. Alex, the property owner/manager, had kayaks there on site for us to use. The house is very conveniently located to Family Dollar, Walgreens, and several restaurants. We could not have asked for a better layout than this house. We were in Condo Unit #3 and it worked perfectly for our crew. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had plenty of towels, blankets, and starter laundry and dish pods. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The inside of the unit is very spacious as we had plenty of room for everyone and their gear. We also took advantage of the wrap around porch that overlooks the canal. We watched July 4th fireworks from the balcony porch. Not only is there a good sized kitchen for preparing meals, but also a kitchenette area just inside the main door. It has a small sink and a beverage refrigerator for extra drinks. We felt safe at all times while staying here. The entire condo is well lit on the outside at night. There are also plenty of security cameras around the property. Communication with Alex was the best! He was very quick to respond and I feel like he went out of his way to make us feel at home during our stay. Alex, thank you sincerely for making our stay in Key Largo absolutely amazing!!!
