The inside of the condo is basically clean but very cluttered. There is way too much furniture, to the point that it is hard to move around. There is a need for general upkeep. The toilet rocks and doesn’t flush well. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. The bed is old, makes creaky noises and needs both the mattress and springs replaced. The kitchen is full of excessive “stuff” but lacks basic utensils and linens. I rented this unit based of the reviews but now know that they were not for this unit. When I contacted Vacasa who manages this place I was told it was a new listing and reviews for a different unit in the same building were “accidentally” included. The fake reviews are still there and now there is a glowing review from someone for the time we were there that isn’t us! ##### Glenda K. Unit 107 is a lovely and comfortable Condo with fabulous views of the ocean. It is nice to wake up to beautiful sunrises and the lapping sounds of the ocean waves right outside the balcony. Our spirit is relaxed and rejuvenated every time we visit the Keys and KCB. Looking forward to our next trip. Very clean, literally right on the oceanfront, and beautiful decor! First floor condo, but raised from the beach by about 6 feet. The beach area was so clean with seaweed being raked daily. We spent the majority of the time on our balcony. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises! A few beach walkers daily, but no one sunbathing in front of our place. Felt like our own private beach. The condo has all of the necessities. Publix grocery store is close and had all we needed. My husband enjoyed the fishing pier there. We saw nurse sharks and manatees near the pier and dolphins farther out. We loved it so much, we are returning in 6 weeks to the same place! We highly recommend Casa Clara Condos! ##### Tami H. The other people both residents and renters were very friendly. Management was extremely helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with great utensils and cookware!
