" Clean room and great staff."

"Overall nice place to stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel itself is nice. Our room was huge and we liked having a balcony. The beds were comfy and we all slept great. I loved the indoor plants and the landscaping around the property. (I watched hummingbirds in the bushes during my workout. ☺️) The pool area was okay, not many chairs but clean. The gym was good, too. We didn’t have time to enjoy the bar and we ate at a nearby restaurant so I can’t speak to that. My only mild complaints are slightly worn/torn hallway carpets with a bit of a musty smell and the elevator is painfully slow. Not a deal breaker though. Very nice, we’d stay again. "

"Bugs in rooms. Moved to another room room looked decent then when lights were turned off giant moths started flying around. And something that was moth like and about 4 inches. Dirty pool with a layer of a what seemed to be oily layer on top. "

"The facility needs a lot of upgrades and is not how they are posted on the website. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the furniture needs to be replaced. The staff were nice but unfortunately my family and I will not stay at this location next time."

"The guy who checked in my friend and I was very nice, I believe he said his name was pruneet. But after going out for the night and coming back we saw our door was cracked open. Our belongings were gone through and when we told the larger woman working front desk she was not concerned at all. Just told us to let her know if anything was missing. Fortunately we left nothing of value in the room and nothing was missing just our cards moved around our wallets. We went back to the desk and the tall ginger security guard was nice and concerned. Why did the security guard have to tell the desk lady to switch us rooms when she should have offered it the second we told her of the incident. We were downgraded to an upstairs room when my original booking was for a king suite. After looking at my receipt it seems as though only $18 were refunded. The same guy who originally checked us in was there when we checked out. When we told him the situation he was very considerate and actually seemed to care unlike the woman we had to deal with the night prior. Unfortunately I had to file a police report about the whole thing in concern for my friend and mine’s safety. This was a traumatic experience and I will never be traveling without a man again."
