« Hotel bien situé. Très facile de trouver un tuk tuk en sortant. Chambre vaste et agréable. Calme car l'hotel se trouve au bout d'une allée. Clientèle Indienne en très grande majorité. L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale entre les chambres. Très bon petit déjeuner le matin.
Au vu de notre départ très tot le matin nous avons pu avoir un pack breakfast avec un sandwich et barquette de fruits. »

La piscine sur le toit est peu utilisée et pourrait être améliorée. L'environnement par contre n'est pas top car l'hotel est au milieu d'un quartier en travaux et on n'y accède que par des petites rues pas très propres, ce qui nuit à l'impression générale »

« It was an okay stay. I don't understand how it is a 4-star hotel. It barely makes the cut for a 3-star, let alone 4. Everything was extremely average. Food was a bit above average, and the restaurant was clean. The whole 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes, and our bedsheets and blankets did too. »

« My stay was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. Despite the confirmed 12:00 PM check-in time, I was made to wait until 2:00 PM without a satisfactory explanation or apology. The reception staff were unwelcoming, aggressive in their attitude, and far from customer-friendly. Instead of making guests feel valued, they came across as rude and unhelpful.
A warm welcome and courteous service are basic expectations in a hotel like "The South Park"and unfortunately, the experience was bad...
