Very good service

Our room was beautiful, modern and well maintained. We especially loved the bathroom layout. The honeymoon cake and bed decorations were such thoughtful touches! The staff were warm, attentive, and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Special thanks to Renjini, Abhijit, Ranbir, and Ajit for their wonderful hospitality!

This property is a real gem, a true 5 star property. The staff and facilities are top standard and a real pleasure to spend time there. My fiance and I had a wonderful time at this property. Please check out all the complimentary and other features - infinity pool, the yacht, the high tea, the sunset cruise - everything was exceptional.

This hotel is very nice at reasonable price! The service is amazing! The cleanliness is amazing! I wish I would have stayed here the whole time and took a cab ride to the beach instead of staying at the beach! I really recommend this hotel! They don’t try to overcharge you for items! Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable!

Enjoyed the stay

This property is well maintained, and supported by an excellent restaurant. The staff are overly courteous and go beyond their duty to accommodate guests, and the excellent customer experience clearly trickles down from the management. I had the pleasure of meeting the GM and could tell his mind and heart are committed to this establishment, and he’s open to constructive critique. We were visiting Palakkad for a wedding and this hotel is a surprise find via Expedia; lucky to have stayed here....

Lovely relaxing location on the Arabian Sea. Staff were so hospitable and so friendly. We cannot say enough about the staff! We stayed in the Club Room section. Rooms were very nice and very clean and infinity pool and loungers were wonderful. We had a balcony overlooking the sea and were able to watch the fisherman diving in the morning. In the club section you also have access to an extra dining area in the cafe which was lovely. We adored the staff in there. The Leela was the perfect place...

This is one of the best property I ever came across. Breakfast was amazing, location is great and staff is very professional. Highly recommended the place.
