Dear Wisal Hin, we are very surprised to read your comment because cleanliness is an indisputable element for us, as you can read in the majority of other comments from our customers. In addition, throughout your stay, cleaning was done daily in your room, and towels changed. However, with your belongings strewn all over the floor, the ladies in charge of cleaning were not given the opportunity to clean thoroughly as they are not allowed to touch your belongings. Sheets are changed every 3 days or more on request (we had no request from you). Despite the presence of pool towels available, you used white towels, of course these were quickly stained. We didn't mention it to you because we understand that for your children this is a detail. But perhaps your judgment was influenced by the fact that you told us that access to the swimming pool was reserved for our residents, after you introduced 2 people from outside without any request on your part. Sorry if you didn't like it, but our rules are strict on this subject in order to preserve the calm and comfort of our customers.

Thanks for your review. Sorry for the shower but we are in dry season and sometimes the water coming from waterwell can be smelly during 2 or 3 minuts. It s not about the drain. We hope to see you again in TARA LODGE
