"My stay here was unbearable, but it mostly had to do with the other clientele. I think it’s very sad that if you choose an affordable hotel, you can pretty much guarantee that the least respectful people imaginable will also be there. They had just experienced a major plumbing catastrophe which I don’t blame them for. They put me on the third floor far away from the flooding and fans. But the pool was closed as a result which people should be aware of. The second thing I was disappointed in was the extremely low quality of the toiletries. It seems like a silly thing to say, but I don’t think I’ve ever been displeased in hotel toiletries until this visit! "

"Please was very clean and everyday they put out breakfast. Good items for breakfast too. They are very friendly and offer great service. The beds were very comfortable too. Sheets were clean and didn’t smell. I recommend this place if your a Navy family and need to be close to the boot camp for graduation. I think price is reasonable too. "

"The hotel was much better than the indigo that we started at. There was a brutal confrontation at the front door and unfortunately, we felt anything but safe there they were forced to move to a different hotel which was yours."

"Our experience at the hotel was extremely distressing and unacceptable. We felt so unsafe on the property that we did not stay in the room for more than 30 seconds before leaving. As I was entering the building, an individual approached a very tall Black man and, completely unprovoked, used a racial slur toward him. The man tried to ignore it, but the aggressor repeated the slur directly in his face a second time. I was shocked and deeply disturbed by what I witnessed. My girlfriend was terrified, especially because the individual appeared to know where our car was parked. After we requested that the police be called, we became genuinely concerned that our vehicle might be vandalized. The situation felt volatile and unsafe. We immediately returned to the front desk to request a refund, as we did not feel comfortable staying. The staff dismissed the severity of the incident and initially indicated that it was not serious enough to involve the police. Although they later said they would call, no action was taken. The manager explained that because the other individual did not want to pursue the matter, they chose not to involve law enforcement. At that point, our concern was no longer just about the initial incident, but about the hotel’s failure to prioritize the safety and well-being of its guests. We felt completely unsupported and unsafe, which left us no choice but to leave immediately without even settling into the room. We subsequently booked ahotel through the site"

"Family of four, girls are 9 and 14. We go to different great wolf lodges. This one wasnt bad, two attractions were closed temporarily due to kids puking. Be present with your kids, go on the water slides, tube the lazy river, get smoked by big waves in the wave pool. Sad seeing all the parents on their phone then we are dealing with the kids behavior with no parent around. No hot tub here unfortunately. Best GWL hot tub is in Traverse City, MI. HUGE adult hot tub and even a decent size family one. Smaller park in TC overall but dig the tubs after freezing in the park."
