We booked a luxury sea view room. Please don't bother booking luxury, we never got it. We were put into an economy room on arrival. After complaining, they did move us to a nicer sea view room, which we accepted. But it still was not the luxury room that we booked and paid more for. So my advice is to book sea view, and don't bother paying for luxury. That said, I liked this hotel. The pool was fantastic. The beach was great. The entertainment kept us amused when we were around for the evening. From read reviews by others, I was a bit worried about the food situation. But there was no need to worry. There was plenty on offer, and all was very nice. If you're a picky eater, then you might struggle, but we were fine and had more than enough. Although it's not really advertised, they do have a small fitness room that has a treadmill, rowing machine, and a couple of other things to use. You have to put a sign up on your door if you want your room cleaned, and if you do that, they do a good job. I think the complaints of rooms not being cleaned are from people who didn't realise they needed to put the sign on the door each time they wanted the room cleaned. Would I come back here? Probably not, but more to do with location than the hotel itself. We enjoyed our holiday and made the most of the location this time, but I would book in Kemer itself next time definitely.

Apart from the first-day shambles, Transfer organised by Expedia, Taxi never turned up. The family room air con not working, never fixed, even though they promised. Hight-ligt was beach and Spa. Hotel did organise Transfer

Positives: Calm resort unlike others that are very crowded. Very nice pool area wspecially at night, private beach is nice and evrything is clean. Negatives: Very limited food options and not high quality, so if you’re looking for a resort with high variation of food, this is not the best choice. Rooms furniture including bathrooms need renovation.

There were people who entered the pool with their clothes. It was forbidden to feed the cats living there and a pregnant cat chased the manager waiter with a vacuum cleaner. The rooms were very neglected I have many pictures and videos in my hand.

All activities are far from here, even boat activities. If you have kids, this is not bad (a bunch of kids running around all day in the hotel). The only downside of the hotel was the garbage containers outside (the entrance to the hotel collects a whole bunch of trash from all the hotel and it does smell)

Öncelikle otelde çalışan resepsiyondan, cankurtaranina,kafede görevli arkadaşlara sürekli yorulmadan çalışan güler yüzlü personele çok teşekkür ederim belki berbat geçecek küçük bir tatili kurtardılar.Otelde yemekler tavuk,hindi,tavuk, hindi ama aşçı arkadaşlar yinede ellerinden geldiğince lezzetli yapıyor.Denize sıfır olması kumsalinin tertemiz olması da gerçekten artı puanları.Özellikle çıkışta 30 dk. geç çıkış için müsade etmeleri de çok nezaketliydi.Fakat odalar bakımsızdi,tuvalet maalesef kötü kokuyordu çocuk odası lavabosu nispeten daha temizdi.Çocuk odası elektrigi bozuktu hemen yaptılar fakat çocuk odasında klima çalışmadı tek klima içeriyi soğutmada çok sıkıntı oldu.Asansörde kalma riskiniz yüzde 90 asansör bile çalıştığına şaşırıyor.Asansöre 4-5 defa bindim ama asansörde kaldım sağolsunlar çıkardılar😂3 katlı otel asansör gün içinde ara sıra çalışıyor.Bunu bilerek gitmek gerekir.Aqua park gittiğimiz gün çalışmadı bozukmuş ama ertesi gün çalıştı.Yemekhanede ana yemekleri tavuk hindi birde balık ara ara oluyor tatlılar maalesef facia kötü (baklava harikaydı) mezeler nispeten normal böyle uzun soluklu bir tatil için işkence olabilir ama 1-2 gün tam sıkıntılara denk gelmeden kalıp kaçmak en güzeli🙋‍♂️ Çalışan emekçi arkadaşlar çok iyi inanılmaz guler yüzlü gerisi sıkıntı.Hatta 1 gün daha uzatalim diye düşünürken tavuk hindi düşününce vazgeçtim😂 Herşey dahil paketi olarak verilen ücrete göre vasat diyorum yoksa basit otellerin üstünde 6/10

Hotelettet og maden var helt fantastisk. Masser af forskelligt mad, maden havde masser af smag, og der var mad heletiden. Man nåede ikke at blive helt sulten før at der var mad igen. Desserterne var fantastiske, og salat helt frisk og duftende. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Vores ene dør til et af værelserne var gået i stykker, det hele blev skiftet og ordnet med det samme. Der var cocktails både til børn og voksne, med masser af muligheder, milkshake og ice coffee hvis man ønskede det, og dette med i all inclusive. Ellers altid sodavand, øl og vin. Det eneste minus jeg kan komme med, er at rengøringspersonalet hoppede over hvor de kunne på værelserne. Vores værelser blev gjort rent 1 gang på 6 dage, selvom skiltet på døren var sat på, de glemte at feje/støvsuge gulvet, der blev ikke fyldt op med toilet papir, så vi måtte få børnene til at komme med toiletpapir fra deres værelse. Det helt sikkert et hotel vi vil besøge igen.

Konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Çocuk var su kaydırakları animasyon olsun, plaja sıfır olsun birazda uygun fiyat derseniz, doğru yerdesiniz. Havuz görevlisi vedat bey ve restorandaki doğan bey harika insanlar diğer çalısanların coğu tecrübesiz ve iletişim anlamında yetersiz. Yemekler daha lezzetli olabilir, temizliğe daha çok önem verilmeli. Ara çay vs ikramlar yeterli.
