"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"The communication from the management company was dreadful. I booked this place for my cousins wedding and then long after I booked I suddenly got a message saying they had accepted my cancellation (I was at work in meetings when i was supposed to have cancelled). This was despite being told when I booked that the booking was not cancellable. I then rebooked as it was one of few local options when it was re-advertised for more money. "We loved staying in Andrea and Rolf’s apartment. They were so friendly before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The garden was amazing, such a great space for enjoying the pool and outside dining area. We found the location fine for travelling to the beautiful Black Forest sights and attractions."

"Wir waren restlos begeistert!!Es ist eine wunderschöne, helle Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist was man braucht.Es gab sogar lecker Getränke zur Begrüsung.Die Wohnung ist noch geräumiger als auf den Fotos erkennbar und der Ausblick vom Balkon lässt einen sofort den Urlaub spüren.Wir können das Objekt nur weiteremfehlen.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war auch sehr nett."

"Very nice place. Quiet. Got a good night sleep here. The guy who run this place where also very nice. Only thing is the stairs uppstairs is a litle dangerous for small kids. We put something infront of the stairs so our 2 year old wouldnt fall. If we go back to this part of germany we wil rent it again. "
