Rocky Point

  • Imagine you are sitting in an Adirondack chair in your backyard, sipping coffee. This unique house is capable of comfortably hosting 9 people and has excellent access to 200 acres of family owned private hiking trails along with being only 1 mile from Keene, 3.5 miles from Keene Valley and 16 miles from LakePlacid. It is located in the heart of the high Peaks Region. There is a outside security camera on the driveway on the initial hill at the entrance. It only sees the immediate driveway area and is more than 300 yards from the house.
