« On arrival the staff was very polite and checked us in promptly. Our room was clean and smelled clean. We did end up going for a swim and the kids enjoyed it. There were a couple complimentary life jackets and goggles that was nice and fresh towels available. Cable tv available with plenty of channels and a guide on the table for us. The beds were firm not specifically my favorite but I slept well. Breakfast had a lot of options for everyone’s needs for example biscuits and gravy, sausage...

« L’accueil a été inexistant, pas un mot. Nous avons donné nos documents et après contrôle le réceptionniste nous a donné la carte de la chambre sans un mot, sans aucune information. L’hôtel est envahi par des groupes de dizaines d’enfants avec quelques accompagnateurs, ça courrait dans tous les sens, dans tous les étages. Les parties communes ne sont pas très propres, la chambre est convenable. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous avons retrouvé les groupes d’enfants, donc c’était compliqué...

« The room was very clean, it did take me a moment to figure out the thermostat. So maybe some directions on the wall, because i didn't know it was a thermostat initially. The only thing that could have improved my stay was fresh flowers, when it is the summer season. I VERY much appreciate the staff letting me check in early. It was a great convenience for me. »

« People... always people ! Hosts Frank and Maria are priceless. The Hotels.com site advertises Airport Shuttle, but fails to mention 'Not on Sunday'. Answer... Frank and Maria got uo Sunday morning and drove me to the airport ! Frank is a living, breathing History Book. Not only did he guide me through the Museum, but pointed out key sites as we drove. Now we have to go back, so my wife can enjoy. »

« Très bonne chaîne d'hôtel. Lors de notre voyage nous avons réservé des chambres auprès de cette chaîne et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le personnel est très aimable et à l'écoute de nos demandes. La chambre et la salle de bains sont propres et spacieuse. Le ménage y est fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. J'ai vraiment apprécié ce séjour. »
