Property Summary  
Buchhammerhof is a listed historical farmhouse from the 19th century that has been renovated in 2022. It offers a terrace, garden furniture, a lounge with TV and WiFi, a sun terrace, a storage room for skis, central heating system, and a ski boot dryer. The property is ideal for a vacation rental or holiday rental with amenities like a yard, Internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The property is situated outside the resort in a quiet, sunny, and elevated position with a shared natural state property. It features a 30 m2 terrace with garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors.  
  
Other Information  
The property provides a storeroom and a take-out fridge available in-house. It has a 700m long narrow motor access through an unmade road, so snow chains are recommended during winter. Parking is available at the house.

The property is conveniently located near various amenities and attractions. A supermarket is 6 km away, a restaurant is 3 km away, a bakery is 5 km away, an outdoor swimming pool is 6 km away, and the bathing lake "Ried im Oberinntal" is 7 km away. Unit Layout  
You will find this 5-room apartment located on the upper floor, with a total area of 120 square meters. The rustic and wooden furniture furnishings consist of an entrance hall, 4 double bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, and a large kitchen.  
  
Amenities Included  
The large kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining nook. The apartment also features underfloor heating and wooden floors throughout. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and animals are not allowed.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment, named "Josefa am Buchhammerhof", offers a farmhouse lounge in the living room with a marvellous view of the mountains. It is intentionally designed without a television in the apartment, although there is a common lounge area where you can watch TV during your vacation. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
