« We loved our week at Maui Magic. David and Robin provided all the information and amenities we needed for a comfortable stay and fun vacation. Their notebook of thoughtful recommendations for activities and dining were helpful and accurate. We had breakfast on the lanai enjoying the spectacular view of Napili Bay and Moloka’i each morning. The heated pool and all facilities were well maintained and beach access was just steps away. We had everything we needed and it was nice to know the owners...

« The view makes it worth the money spent. The condo grounds and bldg are in shambles and under construction. There is a beautiful beach but no safe access to it, every access was broken. Sink holes on the grass. The only thing that wasn’t made clear is exactly how hot it gets on the deck during certain hours. From 2-630 you have to leave the room, easily gets to 100 degrees, no AC in the unit. I am usually ok with that. We went to the pool or just went out during those hours. We were not told...

« The condo was just as listed. The space was completely updated. Bathroom was great an had all of the amenities you would want. If I had any suggestions, it would be a couple of new or extra pillows for the bed and some more information about restaurants and local shops. The shuttle is a great way to get to Whalers Village and other resorts and restaurants. Maybe something printed out for your guests. Otherwise great stay and property. Would definitely recommend! »

« The sun set perfectly as the birds flocked and fed to call it a night. The location was very peaceful with nice people nearby. Come prepared as food options are more scarce, but that is Molokai as a whole nowadays.Host was responsive and kept a nice place in a good location.It is a nice find! »

"Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblé incohérente avec le statut et les avantages associés. De plus, durant notre séjour, il y a eu un dégât d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. Nous avons dû gérer et nettoyer la situation nous-mêmes, ce qui a grandement affecté notre expérience. Nous avions également mentionné que ce séjour marquait notre 15e anniversaire. Malheureusement, aucune attention particulière ni geste de reconnaissance n’a été offert, ce qui a été décevant compte tenu de l’occasion. Finalement, lors de notre repas au restaurant de l’hôtel, l’entrée et le plat principal ont été servis en même temps, et les deux étaient froids. Cette expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un établissement de votre catégorie. Nous souhaitions vous partager ces éléments afin que vous puissiez en prendre connaissance et améliorer l’expérience client. Nous espérons qu’un suivi pourra être fait concernant cette situation."
