We always liked the garden area but now it is being used for storage of items and so less area to relax and spend quality time. We saw staff being abused by a drunken, argumentative Swedish woman who was a guest, special mention and praise needs to be made to all the young staff that handled the unnecessary situation so well. They remained professional and calm throughout the incident, even when the woman made an inappropriate grab at one of the young men when she realised she was wrong and obviously thought that gesture would be funny and her way of all being forgotten. My great respect goes to you all that had to endure her behaviour.
