"Understaffed at the desk during check in time. We had to wait about 20 minutes after a long drive, and we understand that there are rushes, but knowing there are reservations, they should staff accordingly. We saw hairballs and wrappers on the floor"

"This hotel is close to everything we checked out from the Hyrox race, Wheelchair Rugby, Tulip Festival, Parliament Hill, Byward Market. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel restaurant was packed for brunch everyday (make a reso to guarantee a table). Will definitely stay here again!"

"We had a fantastic stay here. The breakfast is incredible - it’s fresh and there is a lot of options, both hot and cold. There is no hot tub, however we utilized both the pool and the gym and both were spacious and very clean. We were there for a sports tournament over a few days and the staff was super friendly and accommodating (extra towels / supplies, helping us find a freezer for ice packs etc). The rooms are large and clean and the hotel overall was very clean and bright. The elevator did break down while we were there, but the staff was diligent about having a technician there quickly to fix it. Lots of parking available. Highly recommend!"

I was a little disappointed to find out there was no breakfast room service. But over all it was great stay. I liked the coffee bar in the morning. The staff were very friendly."
