"We booked this accommodation relying on the filters from VRBO which indicated this was a two bed property with private pool. In fact this is a house split into 3 appartments so we had 7 adults and 3 children sharing the space. Our apartment had one bedroom. We felt very crowded, especially as we had no separation from each other in our flat. Our 16 and 10 year old were sleeping in the living area. It was hot and the air conditioning is only in the living room so all the doors needed to be...

"Beautiful, top-equipped and spotlessly clean house located directly at lake Balaton. The peaceful setting and breathtaking views, especially at sunset, make it an ideal place to unwind. We really enjoyed the boat ride with the available boat during the sunset. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. The landlady is exceptionally friendly and helpful. "Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast. "

"This is very nice property located in a somewhat isolated area of Tihany. It is a very easy drive from Budapest on good highways. The resort has lots of amenities that look is definitely something out of the 1970s or 80s. But the staff was helpful, the food in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, was good. The prices in small bar were very reasonable. I would return again "
