« The Hotel deserves 5 stars coz of location, cleanliness, delicious freshly prepared food from their kitchen, and friendly staff who are also very accommodating. However, guests are inconvenienced due to 1) no desk in room. I was told by reception that desks are available in superior rooms and not in basic rooms. I checked hotel’s website and don’t see any mention of desks in superior/ other rooms or any photos showing desk in room?? 2) Electrical outlets locations are poorly located in relation...

« The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

« Not really a 5 star, room and bathroom not very big, we had much better elsewhere, but splendid view and comfortable bed. Service in restaurant was great thanks to its manager! Noisy hotel, room doors not sound insulated while children play and scream in the corridors until 11pm and from 7:30am! Noisy dining room too, as often in India. hotel out of the way, a little far from everything. Apparently this hotel does not provide anything for the Driver unfortunately, except 2 washrooms for lots of...

« Accueil attentionné et efficace. localisation un peu excentré ( 14 mn de taxi ou rickshaw de la station de bus ) mais c’est la rançon d’une vue époustouflante sur la vallée. L’hôtel tout habillé de bois et pierre est agencé de façon contemporaine avec goût. La restauration est de qualité,orchestrée par un chef sympathique. La chambre était vaste et très confortable avec évidemment une vue merveilleuse. Un hôtel qui a de la classe ! »

« This place was just ok for a hotel in India. It’s so far up a mountain that access to outside food and drivers are slim, so you are at the hotel’s mercy for pretty much anything. The balcony was nice and so was the view. No ac in this hotel, and no mosquito nets. There was a really old plug in fan in the room though and it didn’t really fit well with the rest of the room. None of the outlets worked. They are the old India outlets, so the front desk had to bring up their converters. Not...

« La chambre etait propre. c'est une salle de bain à l'indienne (pas de bac à douche), donc une fois que vous avez pris votre douche il y a de l'eau partout (mais c'est souvent comme ca en inde). L'eau chaude est disponible de 18h30 à 10h30\. Il n'y a pas de salle à manger mais un room service pour le petit dejeuner et le diner si vous le souhaitez. La nourriture est tres bonne. Il y a souvent des micro coupures de courant (1 min max) mais c'est le cas partout dans Munnar. L'hotel est situé en...
