Excellent Staff, Great Food, and a Beautiful View. Front Desk Supervisor Ambu, Food Manager Mathew, Restaurant Manager Vipin, restaurant staff George (Chocolate Maker), and Chef Sabu were all excellent. The shows and activities at the hotel were equally enjoyable for both kids and adults. It’s a great place to stay—home away from home—and our entire 10-member team enjoyed every minute of the stay.

This is a small but excellent hotel. The facilities in the room are very good. The bed is great and the views are magnificent. The staff is brilliant. They are pleasant, professional and efficient. It is a great place to stay and would visit again if coming to Munnar.

Fabulous in every way and highly recommend it.

Loved our 5 night stay. Awesome views and location. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure comfort and all our needs were met. Lots of variety of food and all to a high standard. Linen and rooms were clean. Live singers, yoga, cookery demos and entertainment made it extra special. All the staff deserve credit for their efforts

Amazing stay

It was amazing stay and amazing views and experience. The staff is very helpful and super nice. There are good activities in the hotel. The food is great and price is ok. The road to the hotel is pretty bad and bumpy, also its somewhat a long way to access the main road by walking.

Everything was exceptionally good from beginning till end of our stay. We had a great time. Food was also very good and very friendly and helpful staff . Felt like home away from home.and room was very nice and clean with a beautiful view of the waterfall and tea plantation. The inside road is a little bit rough but overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.😀

We looked at a whole bunch of properties to have an evening of luxury during our stay in Kerala. We're very pleased that we chose Blanket - The presidential suite is well worth the upgrade if you're thinking about it. The place is as advertised, and more. Double jacuzzi overlooking the waterfall, attentive staff, buffet options for breakfast and dinner (or a regular menu if that's what you want), included activities were a bonus too. We didn't try the spa, so can't comment, but if you're looking for a decadent stay, then I'd point you in this direction.

We stayed in honeymoon suite.The view is breathtaking. The staff is really friendly, always smiles and offer for help wherever needed. Cultural programs were enjoyable. The hygiene is well maintained. Access to hotel is not far from the main road. The breakfast was really good with many options. In room dining can be improved. The pool was warm (27 to 30 degrees) and clean , and fresh water. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for couples and families.

Very nice but Not really a five star

A modern hotel with lots of amenities but not quite a five star hotel as advertised. International travelers will probably be disappointed not be able to be served alcoholic drinks. The staff is very kind but there are serious translations issues. The location is wonderful, nestled among tea plantations and waterfalls.

Probably the best property in Munnar. Had a good waterfall view and view of the hills around. Waterfall is a tiny one though was not that impressive. Overall, Munnar had a lot of pollution so the overall experience was ok. For massage, I would recommend the ones in the Munnar market area, wouldn’t recommend one at the property. market had the best massage as compared with the Kovalam or any other areas in Kerala.
