This is a central location to stay while visiting Zion & the North Rim. The Space: Timber + Tin F welcomes everyone! From romantic getaways to group adventures, our design ensures an effortless and cozy stay for any traveler. With two bedrooms that have a king bed and a queen bed with a trundle, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, you can sleep up to six here. There are two full bathrooms, too. With its modern, sleek design and open floor plan, the living room offers plenty of light and ample seating for movie nights with the large flat-screen TV. We provide Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Freevee and Roku TV. Let your inner chef loose in the fully equipped modern kitchen, boasting premium appliances and all the essentials. Connect with loved ones around the dining table or kitchen island, sharing laughter and retelling the day's journeys. Outside, you will have your very own barbecue grill, a rooftop deck with table & chairs, and a fire pit (perfect for roasting marshmallows!). As well, you'll have access to all of the common areas, which include a pavilion in the recreation area, games (corn hole!), pool, hot tub, and the restored 1920's barn. Make some new friends and while watching one of the many terrific old Westerns filmed in Kanab, and then play some games in the barn loft. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire home and all common areas. Key pad door lock. \*Winter Hours November to March in the Common Areas\* \- Pavilion, barn, fire pit and play area are open from 9am to 10pm. \- Hot tub is open noon to 10pm all year. \- Pool is closed for the winter November 1st to April 1st; weather permitting. The Neighborhood: Timber + Tin F is just a few blocks from the center of town. It's a quick walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, museums and the tourism visitor center. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. Getting Around: This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. The house was adorable and the roof with fire pit, marshmallow roasters, and hammock made for some excellent family time. There is a pool and hot tub with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. The barn was so cute and had ping pong, board games, and Western movies to watch. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. There were full-sized products in the bathrooms and lots of coffee and hot chocolate pods. The hosts really thought of everything!
